The Software Development Kit (SDK) is an array of tools for creating proprietary applications to control our sensors. System integration is easy and provides the means to obtain automated measurements and customize the acquisition interface. The SensoSCAN SDK combines our sensor with additional hardware to create a metrology station.

The available communication interface simplifies sensor integration, and it is compatible
with any programming language that utilizes libraries.
Fully automated characterization
SensoSCAN SDK and SensoPRO commands can automate measurements running several sensor heads in concert, while conducting analysis. As a result, a pass/fail report of the feature of interest is generated just after the last measurement is acquired, for high throughput applications.
SensoSCAN SDK client
The SDK includes an SDK Client, a demonstration GUI that helps programmers understand the functionality of various commands and serves as a ready-made template for developing their own interface.
